FAQ

About the services

What's the difference between Swedish and deep tissue?
Swedish is lighter, longer strokes — think relaxation, circulation, general tension. Deep tissue is slower and deeper, aimed at chronic knots and specific trigger points. If you're not sure, start with Swedish; we'll adjust pressure as we go.
How long should my first session be?
For a first visit, 60 minutes is the sweet spot — enough time for intake, focused work, and aftercare. 30 minutes is fine for a specific area or a quick reset; 90 minutes is for serious tension.
Can I combine body and foot in one session?
Yes — our combo menu does exactly that. Most guests book the 45 + 45 combo (body + foot reflex) and walk out noticeably looser.
Do you take appointments by phone?
Yes. Every location has its own number on its page — Setmore is fastest, but calling is fine if you'd rather talk to someone.
